Experience
When we coach first stepped into the state, it was in 2002(Aisan Badminton Youth u15-u17 Championship) Respresented Hong Kong. When he walked into the court. He felt nervous, anxiety, worried. In the game, he made a lot of mistakes which he wonldn’t make before. He lost the game to the roar and applause of the audience. After the game,he lost all of the confident. He had even think about giving up. One day during training, his coach walked to him. His coach asked “ Are you still stress about the game?” He said yes. His coach said “ I can help you to achieve your dreams, but can u give me all of your time and your hardwork?” After the day, my coach started working harder than before. He started rewatch the game he played, take notes, understand his mistakes, to find out the reason that made he lost the points, and find his weakness. 4 years later, he won his first champion title of his career.(2006 Sydney Badminton Association Open Men's Doubles Champion)
